Direct Seller Agreement (Effective Date: 1 January 2027)
- Direct Seller कंपनी के नियमों एवं Code of Ethics का पालन करेगा।
- Direct Seller अपनी सही पहचान और ID बताएगा।
- Products, price, income और business opportunity की सही जानकारी देगा।
- Guaranteed income, misleading claims और fake promises नहीं करेगा।
- Pyramid/Money Circulation Scheme जैसी prohibited activities नहीं करेगा।
- Customer के return, refund, cancellation और grievance rights का सम्मान करेगा।
- Customer की personal information confidential रखेगा।
- कंपनी की policies और लागू कानूनों का पालन करेगा।
- नियमों के उल्लंघन पर कंपनी applicable terms के अनुसार ID suspend/terminate कर सकती है।
- Direct Seller इस Agreement को स्वीकार करके इसकी शर्तों से सहमत होता है।
